Which size should I choose?
Use the size finder on this page. The maker's guide: Small suits kittens, Medium fits cats up to 7.7 lb and Large fits cats up to 16.5 lb. If your cat likes to stretch out flat, go one size up.
Can my cat scratch it?
Many cats knead and paw at the rope, and it is made for that kind of light use. It is a bed first, so keep a sturdy scratching post for heavy scratching.
Is the rope ball safe?
It is for play while you are around. Check it now and then and remove it if it starts to fray.
Is the basket hard or soft?
Soft. It is woven cotton rope, so the wall bends when your cat leans on it, more like a soft woven bag than a hard basket. Cats sink into it rather than sit on top of it.
Will it keep its shape?
It ships folded flat to keep shipping simple, so it arrives squashed. Press the woven wall back into a round shape with your hands. It stays soft and gives a little under your cat, which is part of why cats like it.
Is there a cushion?
Yes, you can add a round padded cushion for $5. It has a navy-and-white wave print and polyester (PP cotton) filling, and it is sized to your basket. The cover does not come off, so spot clean it with a damp cloth.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders leave within 1 to 4 business days and arrive 7 to 12 business days later by tracked express. Items from our US warehouse arrive faster. Your date range shows on each product page before you pay.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we send a replacement free, or refund you in full if we can't.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
We don't take change-of-mind returns, because orders ship to you from our partner warehouse. You can cancel for a full refund until your order ships. If anything arrives damaged, faulty, missing a part or not what you ordered, our replacement promise covers it.
