How is it powered?
By a built-in lithium battery. We are confirming the charging cable and the run time with our first samples and will add them here.
Is it loud?
Like any motorised toy it makes some sound while it runs. We are measuring it on our first samples and will describe it here. Shy cats often watch for a while before they pounce, which is normal.
Will my older cat play with it?
Most cats can't ignore a moving feather, whatever their age. Start a game by wiggling the feather yourself, then let the toy take over.
Can I buy just one toy?
For now Feather Pop comes as a set of two. Sending one toy from our partner warehouse costs almost as much as sending two, so the set is the fair way to price it. Keep one upstairs and one down, or give the second to a friend's cat.
What are the spare feathers for?
Feathers wear out with enthusiastic play. Pop a new one in and the game carries on.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders leave within 1 to 4 business days and arrive 7 to 12 business days later by tracked express. Items from our US warehouse arrive faster. Your date range shows on each product page before you pay.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on every US order, with tracking.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we send a replacement free, or refund you in full if we can't.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
We don't take change-of-mind returns, because orders ship to you from our partner warehouse. You can cancel for a full refund until your order ships. If anything arrives damaged, faulty, missing a part or not what you ordered, our replacement promise covers it.
