The replacement promise

If anything arrives damaged, faulty, missing a part or not what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We send a replacement free, or refund you in full if we can't replace it.

Changed your mind?

We don't accept returns for a change of mind, because orders ship to you from our partner warehouse. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships: just email us with your order number.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days after we approve them.
