Shipping is free and tracked on every order to the United States.
How long it takes

All times are business days: Monday to Friday, not counting US holidays.
The date range on each product page is worked out for the day you order, skipping weekends and US holidays. You get a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Christmas
Each product page shows the last day to order for the best chance of delivery before Christmas. Carriers get busy in December, so we can't promise it, but we'll always tell you the honest range.
More than one item
If you order more than one product, they may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking link.
If we're running late
If your order won't make the date we showed you, we email you a new date and the choice to cancel for a full refund.
Lost parcels
If tracking stops moving for 10 business days, email us and we resend your order or refund you.
